No Refunds Policy

Due to the made-to-order, customized, and unique handmade nature of our products, we regret that we cannot offer refunds for cancellations, buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or errors in selecting size, color, or specifications made by the customer.

We kindly ask you to carefully review the product description, measurements, and all specifications before completing your purchase.

 

EXCEPTIONS FOR QUALITY ISSUES

 

While we strive for perfection, we understand that manufacturing issues can occasionally occur. Our policy covers any problem directly related to the quality or manufacturing of the item.

We only offer a replacement or store credit in the following specific cases:

-Manufacturing Defect or Damage: If the item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or damage that was present prior to shipping.

-Shipping Error: If you receive a completely incorrect product (a model or style different from the one ordered).

 

Procedure for Quality Claims:

You must notify us of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Send an email to Momodesignsve@gorjana.com including:

-Your order number.

-A clear description of the defect.

-Photos or videos clearly illustrating the quality issue.

Our Quality Team will review the evidence. If the claim is approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for the return of the defective item.

Once we receive and verify the defect, we will proceed with replacing the item at no extra cost, or offering you a store credit for the full purchase amount.

 

Conditions for Replacement Return

 

-The item must be returned unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

-We reserve the right to refuse the request if the item shows signs of use or damage not related to manufacturing defects.
