Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the
Website. These products or services may have limited quantities and may be subject
to return or exchange in accordance with our return policy only. We have made an
effort to display the colors and images of our products, in the store, as accurately as
possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor will display colors
accurately.

All products are subject to availability. The images of the banners are illustrative.
These terms cover all publications made in all media.

 

All promotions are not cumulative with other promotions. They apply while supplies
last and are restricted to one per person. The use of coupons is personal, only one
coupon per user. Coupon per order. Each coupon may have particular restrictions
that will be communicated in the banner.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or
services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right
on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products or
services that we offer. All product descriptions or product prices are subject to
change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to
discontinue any product at any time. Any product or service offer made on this site is

MOMO DESIGNS LLC is committed to providing the best products that meet our
fashion grooming standards, as well as comply with the highest health safety and
related applicable regulatory requirements. In the event that any of our products do
not meet the highest standards, we are not responsible for damages resulting from
non-use or defect of the products, and the product will be withdrawn from our market
immediately.

Section 6 – Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our
discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per
order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer
account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or
shipping address. Prices may vary without prior notice due to external factors:
currency devaluations, drastic changes in the exchange rate, among others.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify
you by contacting you via email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the
time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our
judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to
provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all
purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other
information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration
dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you when necessary.

contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, punitive, special damages, losses, claims, or damages. or

parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors,
licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees,
harmless from any claim or demand, including fees reasonable attorneys' fees, made
by any third party due to or resulting from your breach of these Terms of Service or
the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the
rights of a third party.
Section 15 – Divisibility
In the event any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or
unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be effective to the fullest extent
permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed
from these Terms of Service, such determination will not affect the validity of
applicability of the other remaining provisions.
Section 16 – Rescission
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date will
survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service
are effective unless and until terminated by you or us. You can terminate these
Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our
services, or when you stop using our site. If in our judgment you fail, or are
suspected of failing, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service,
we may also terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain
responsible for all amounts due until including the termination date; and/or
accordingly we may deny access to our services (or any part thereof).

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service will

Terms
We have a period for returns of 15 days from the date on which the purchase is
made. You must notify about the return before the deadline through our email: -

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must: - Be unused and in the same condition in
which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. - Returns are made
only for manufacturing defects. -We do not make returns of personalized or
discounted pieces. -We do not make returns after the established period of days. -
We reserve the right not to make returns if upon receiving the piece in our workshop
it is not in the previously established conditions. If you want to return any of our

Process to return
1. Refund of money (does not apply to final discount items): - Through reversal of
payment: fifteen business days after receiving the product in our workshop. This
reversal is at the expense and order of your bank, any questions you should contact
them directly.
2. Product change (Subject to inventory availability at the time of change). Changes
can only be made for products with a value equal to or less than the original and the
difference, if applicable, will be delivered in a coupon for a new purchase in the
online store. In case of not having availability for the change, the value of the
product(s) will be delivered in a coupon for a new purchase.
3. Coupon to make a new purchase with the value of the previous order. (This
coupon does not have an expiration date).

Product conditions
The product must be returned in optimal conditions, without traces of having been
used, in its original packaging. Once the product is received in our workshop, we will
verify its conditions, otherwise, no refunds will be made.

Products that apply
Products that do not apply for return: final discount parts, personalized parts, parts
that are not in their original packaging or previously established conditions.

Response time
Money refund: Depending on the payment method you used for your purchase, the
refund will be made through an electronic transfer or to your credit/debit card.

Changes will be dispatched approximately 3 business days after receiving the
product in the workshop and the same times of a regular delivery will apply. (for US,
for international changes may take 4 to 5 weeks.)
Shipping costs
The User may return without shipping cost only if the parts have a manufacturing
defect. Transportation costs and others involved in a return for reasons other than
factory defects will be covered by the customer. If it is an international shipment, the
shipping costs are covered by the customer. The days to receive a return may vary
depending on where you live.
Section 19 – Law
For the interpretation and fulfillment of these terms and conditions, the parties submit
to the jurisdiction of the courts of the City, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction
that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this
page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, modify or replace any
part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes on our website. It is
your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use
